Working Hours and Overtime Policy

Policy Statement:

Zawaya Emq General Contracting Est. adheres to the working hours and overtime regulations established by Saudi labor laws.

Working Hours:

Standard Hours: The regular working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, from Sunday to Thursday, totaling 48 hours per week.
Overtime: Any hours worked beyond the standard working hours will be compensated at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for the first two hours and 2 times the regular rate for additional hours. Overtime must be approved by a supervisor in advance.
